Keith Dobrolinsky with over 30 years in the insurance industry, Keith founded the NCA Insurance Program and counsels its members on all their insurance needs. He credits his strong, long-term client relationships for his ability to identify and mitigate complex risk exposures for cave and cavern operators.

Patrick O’Sullivan has been involved in the NCA Insurance Program since 2008. Having gone underground in over 50 show caves, his understanding of show cave operations and exposures is both extensive and unique. Patrick founded PRO Insurance Services in 1996 which was acquired by Assurance / MMA in 2021. Today, he partners with Keith Dobrolinsky to ensure all NCA Insurance Program participants have the necessary safety, loss control, and claims management services in place, while also addressing their insurance questions and concerns. A long-time public servant, Patrick sits on his local school board and also serves as his hometown’s Village Clerk.
