The Riverwalk is a public park and is free to visit.

The River Walk is 15-miles long. It flows through approximately 5-miles of downtown San Antonio.  There are also barge rides and you can rent a kayak for part of the river.

Bus transportation is provided during the Congress and Pre and Post fieldtrips.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
For our guest safety and to limit contact, housekeeping service will only be offered after the 4th night of your stay.
Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest to have during their stay.

A Cracker Barrel Session is a collaborative discussion where topics of interest to show caves are submitted in advance then openly discussed amongst attendees with a moderator.  

Breakout Sessions are separate presentations held concurrently and repeated where attendees can pick which topics interest them the most.

During the Around the World presentations on Monday September 26th each attending ISCA & NCA member will have 2 minutes to introduce themselves and present a video overview about their show cave. More details will follow on video format and where to upload your video. 

The International Show Caves Association will hold for 3 separate business meetings for their members during the Congress to discuss business and board nominations as well as hold elections.

The National Caves Association will hold 2 business meetings for the members during the Congress to discuss business and any matters up for a vote.  This is not an election year for the National Caves Association.
